McCook MNB Seniors Loses Pitchers Duel To Broken Bow

Both teams were strong on the hill on Saturday, but Broken Bow was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 3-2 victory over McCook MNB Seniors. Trenton Raile started the game for McCook MNB Seniors and recorded 18 outs.

Broken Bow were the first to get on the board in the first when Dominic Nowak singled, scoring one run.

Broken Bow Seniors added one run in the second. Jackson Hall doubled down the left field line, making the score 2-0.

Max Denson earned the win for Broken Bow. The pitcher allowed four hits and one run over six and one-third innings, striking out 12 and walking two. Raile took the loss for McCook MNB Seniors. The hurler went six innings, giving up three runs on 10 hits, striking out five and walking two.

Trey Tiller, Quentin Terry, Brody Graham, and Tripp Raile each collected one hit for McCook MNB Seniors. Terry went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. McCook MNB Seniors were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Espn Hall made the most plays with eight.

Broken Bow piled up 10 hits in the game. Nowak drove the middle of the lineup, leading Broken Bow Seniors Post126 with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 3-for-3 on the day. Brice Chaplin and Hall each collected multiple hits for Broken Bow. Broken Bow didn't commit a single error in the field. Kayden Record had the most chances in the field with 12.
