1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
2. OPEN FORUM (comments from Students, Faculty, Staff, Public and Board)
A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted and located in the meeting room. If anyone from the public wishes to speak to the Board, they are asked to sign in at the Public Information table. The Board has established rules of procedure for addressing the Board which will be followed, and in order to comply with the provisions of the Nebraska Public Meetings Law, the Board will not immediately respond to or take action on any matter raised during the Open Forum unless the matter is already on the agenda. The Board of Governors reserves the right to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, pursuant to Nebraska Public Meetings Law 84-141.

5.1 Bills for October
The Board will consider the bills for October in the amount of $1,854,098.34. Board members that received reimbursements during the month will abstain from those items only.
5.2 Audit Report
The Board will consider the audit report as presented by Dana F. Cole & Company in the Board's Work Session.
5.3 Nebraska Community College Association Dues
The Board will consider the 2025 dues for the Nebraska Community College Association.
5.4 East Campus Technology Package
The Board will consider technology bids for McCook's East Campus.
5.5 East Campus Television Bids
The Board will consider television bids for East Campus.
5.6 WW Wood Building Brick Removal & Replacement
The Board will consider bids for the demolition and the reconstruction of the existing block and brick structure on the west side of the WW Wood building.
5.7 Three-Year Insurance Trust Renewal
The Board will consider the resolution to continue membership in the Nebraska Community College Insurance Trust (NCCIT) for an additional three-year period commencing on July 1, 2025 and continuing through June 30, 2028.
5.8 D1 Athletic Scholarship Waivers
The Board will consider a proposal for D1 Athletic Scholarship Waivers.
5.9 North Campus Fuel Pump & Underground Tank Replacement
The Board will consider bids for the NPCC North Campus fuel tank removal and replacement.
5.10 Move January 15, 2025 Board Meeting to McCook East Campus
The Board will consider moving the January 15 Board meeting to McCook's East Campus.
5.11 Nursing Department Mannequin
The Board will consider the sole-source purchase of a new interdisciplinary patient simulator to replace one that has used up its life expectancy.
5.12 2025-2026 Tuition & Fees
The Board will consider the recommendation for tuition and fees for 2025-26.
5.13 2025-2026 Housing and Meals
The Board will consider housing and meal rates for 2025-26.
